We have created a simple and clear support system to ensure your journey, from the first contact to your return home, is as comfortable and predictable as possible. Here is what your path to health and relaxation in the Algarve looks like.
Step 1: First Contact and Planning
Getting Acquainted: You learn about us and fill out a simple form on our website or contact us directly.
Contact with Our Manager: Our qualified Service Manager will get in touch with you through your preferred channel, such as WhatsApp. This is your trusted specialist who will provide comprehensive information on all medical and organizational matters.
Creating a Plan: Together with the manager, you discuss your situation, and they will create a preliminary treatment and stay plan for you at our center.
Step 2: Preparing for Your Visit
Necessary Tests: In some cases, specific tests or other medical examinations may be required for accurate treatment planning. For your convenience, you can have these done in your home country and send the results to us. Our manager will provide you with a full list of the required procedures.
Trip Planning: We help you choose the optimal dates for your visit.
Step 3: Arrival in Portimão
Arrival: We recommend arriving in Portimão 1-2 days before your scheduled clinic appointment so you can settle in and rest without any rush.
Transfer and Check-in: Upon your request, we can arrange a comfortable transfer from Faro Airport. Our representative will help you check into the apartment that has been pre-booked for you.
Step 4: Consultation and Treatment
First Doctor's Visit: At the scheduled time, you will come to the clinic for your first in-person consultation. The doctor will conduct an examination, review your test results, and confirm the final treatment plan.
Procedures and Operations: In accordance with the plan, you will undergo all necessary procedures. Our team ensures maximum comfort and safety at every stage.
Step 5: Recovery and Departure
Final Consultation: After your treatment is complete, you will have another consultation with the doctor. They will provide detailed recommendations for aftercare and answer all your questions.
Rehabilitation and Relaxation: You will spend 1 to 5 days recovering in the comfort of our apartments, enjoying the Algarve climate and regaining your strength. Our Service Manager can help organize your leisure activities during this period.
Return Home: You will depart for home feeling rested, with your medical issue resolved, and with a complete set of medical documents.
Your health and peace of mind are our main priority at every one of these steps.
All prices are subject to a medical consultation and may be adjusted according to the specific medical procedures required for each patient.
